I realize that with the covid situation striking at the heart of the online cigar industry (and disproportionately affecting the customer service sector) that the powers that be have elected to appoint various Forum members to the task of assisting with the surplus of customer issues...
And i appreciate greatly that CELTICBOMBER specifically has stepped up to fill the void left by the lack of available help online and via telephone... i know he's picked up a lot of the overflow from meier & Dutch as well, and somehow still manages to answer all his pm's - EVEN ON THE WEEKENDS!
Anyway, I've been on this forum a long time and buy all my cigars here... i don't think i would still be around if it wasn't for CELTICBOMBER fixing my last couple issues... how does he do it?
