I have had a few singles in samplers replaced out of hundreds of lots won. I have never had a box switched or even a five pack. I would contact customer service that does not sound like something cbid does to me. Bill

I heard something about a customer service department.... Let's see...

Hey, what if (this is crazy talk) Cbid had a link or an 800#, so if there is an issue needing resolution, you could click or call the people at Cbid?!

What a great idea! My mom was right- I'm special.

gonesledin- let's patend this Customer Service Concept and suggest it to other businesses. I'll split the proceeds with you 50/50. We'll be rich! Rich I SAY!

Good, don't bid on any others! Leave the Perdomos alone!

gosh you guys are really funny. Just wanted to know if this has happened to other people. You know what a hassle it is to rebox and return.

jromano - 'Perdomo Tradicion' is in fact the Perdomo Reserve line. La Tradicion Perdomo Reserve is the full brand name. The Rosado #3 is part of the old Perdomo Reserve line, back when the white label was box-pressed and utilized a Rosado wrapper. Additionally, each size within the line featured a tapered foot and/or head. Perdomo was actually the first manufacturer to create a box-pressed figurado with the Perdomo Reserve line. Anyway, from here, (without seeing the cigars) it appears as though you received the correct product. However, I could be mistaken. Please shoot me an email at [email protected] so I can assist you further - I'll surely get back to you right away on Tuesday when I return to the office. Have a great holiday!

I once won a 5-pk of Padron Delicias for $7.00 and CBid mistakenly sent me 10 five pks. of Padron 1964 Anni Series Torps in maduro and still only charged me $7.00.

Then I woke up.

Customer service is excelent in handeling any problems with your order. I had a shipment come in last week and they didn't deliver one of my boxes. I called and they sent me a sutable (and better) box of cigars for my inconvence. Give them a call.

jromano,

You have a rare and wonderful smoke there, sir. The La Tradicion Perdomo Reserve perfectos (#1, #2 and #3) were a treasure at our factory. The #3's have a significant spot in my heart - it was the cigar Nick, Nick, Sr. and I shared when I first arrived to work at 'The Domo'.

I've encountered only one problem. I won a fiver of Belinda Black Epicures and received the natural wrapper instead. A nice smoke but not what I won. No reason to fret over this one. I'm sure customer service would of corrected this if I had complained.

Does Cbid have a parent site?

Cigars.com by far has had the worst service I've ever had.
Places an order for a box San Cristobal Quintessence Epicure(toro) (plus humidor), Colibri V cutter, and lighter.

All that was in the box was a box of San Cristobal Quintessence Robusto, a Colibri SV Cutter, and a lighter.

They completely forgot to include the humidor, they sent me a cheaper box of cigars, sent the wrong cutter (but at least worth more than the V cutter I originally ordered)

Emails they were a week out to responding. Calling, I was on hold for hours before someone answered who was working from home.
