Incorrect shipment and customer service seems nonexistant!

Recently I won a bid for (2) 5-packs of Drew Estate Maduro Gran Toro. What I received was Acid Kuba Kuba Grande. I have emailed customer service every way possible and get the response that my order is on its way. It is a "canned" response because the order referenced in the customer service reply is the one already received with the incorrect cigars.
I have attempted to call customer service on several occasions with no representative picking up after waiting over an hour.
Customer service is non-existent from what I can tell.

If all else fails trying to contact Customer Service, you can PM CelticBomber, who has been a great help to many of us. If Celtic doesn't respond due to being inundated with customer service requests, PM corey sellers, who picks up the slack when Celtic is busy.

You know this place went out of business several months ago, right? Auctions are still auto generated by an algorithm that has yet to be shut down, but make no mistake, the lights are off, the building is vacant...

Especially after that crazy guy shot up Cigars International....

I won a bid on a box of 25 Padron 1926 Maduro for $15.00 back in February, and they sent me a bag of 60 Banditos Cigarillos....

I couldn't agree more. They're actually BETTER than the Padron 1926, if you can believe that! I have to smoke 10 of them in one sitting to equal the size and smoking time of the Padron, but it makes up for it.
