Does anyone else ever have a problem getting any kind of response from them? Do they ever answer the phone?

I was on hold for about 5 mins, it was really traumatic but thankfully I had private messages Celticbomber and I had the quick line. Otherwise I would have been on hold for 4 hours.

Christie is the best, she is nice and a pleasure to talk to.

Oh yeah. CB’s customer service is one of the worst. It took me constantly putting in ticket orders and an actual Better Business complaint before they ever rectified my order. Just keep at them. Go to your order, under your account, and make a customer service ticket every day. Be a thorn to them and they’ll eventually respond.

By the way, ignore the jokers on here telling you to message a certain person...it’s just entertainment for them.

And please don't disparage CelticBomber. I heard he is going to be nominated for the Presidential Medal of Freedom and possibly the Nobel. There is a change.org petition naming a federal holiday in his honor.

Helped several newbies and not made a bunch of asinine replies to people with legitimate problems. How about you? Are you one of these eHeroes? Pretty brave when all you have to do is post some words and not say them to a face.
