Want to put it out in my SMOKE'IN lounge outside. Temperature varies from 20/95.
Tired of walking inside for a cigar.

While some temperature swing is manageable, a 75 degree swing is going to mess with you. I wouldn't recommend outside storage in your case

No more smoking inside order from the boss ? Use a cooler and humidify with carrots and lettuce.

Yes. Big time. Too cold is better than too hot. Too cold and you'll have trouble maintaining humidity. Heat can bring on mold and tobacco beetles. I always tried to keep my cigars around 60F & 60% humidity for long term aging (i.e. > 10 years). YMMV

You will not get better advise than this.I keep my temp closer to 70 but my RH is 58-63 with 60 being optimum. The more stable you can keep your temp at 70 and under the better off you'll be I assure you.
