Whats the Deal with CigarBid Customer Service?

I won a pack of 40 "Bidders Choice Connecticut Churchill" Cigars in a FreeFall Auction on 10/27. The rest of my order shipped out that week, however, these were rumored to be out of stock (despite me winning the bid) and didn't ship. I was NOT charged for them at the time of billing, however, they are listed on my invoice.

I have attempted to get in contact with CigarBid several times through sending them a message in my account and on the phone, however, they don't seem to answer the phone (I have sat on hold for an hour during open times) and my message has gone unanswered.

They now have an auction open for the exact item AGAIN but still no word on shipment.

Anyone have any info on this company? I know they are apart of Cigar International which I have nothing bad to say, but the customer service is lacking on the CigarBid end.

Hope someone can help me out, or maybe an employee is monitoring this forum and sees this.

As bizarre as it is to me, CBid doesn't monitor this forum for customer feedback. By all appearances, they have no Fs left to give. They don't pay any attention to what happens here UNLESS you mention one of their competitors. Then, they magically appear like trolls from under a bridge to exact punishment.

If you stay on the phone for a very long time, you can eventually reach someone in what CBid calls "customer service." Plug in your charger and stay on hold until someone answers.

Maybe their shipment came in a bit late and they will ship when they get them. On the other hand they may be so screwed up that they have no idea what they have and you may never see them. PM Celticbomber to see if he knows what the story is.

If you won a Free Fall there is a 2 year wait. I'm still waiting on mine from May 14th 2019.

They sent me the wrong cigars so I made the mistake of calling. Customer service in the years past was fairly short wait time on the phone also quick to respond to the online form. I was on for an hour this morning and finally gave up. I filled out the online form will see how long that takes or if they even respond. Maybe short staffed?

My order shipped Wednesday got here today in Oregon.

I’m pretty pissed too, they usually overnight mine for free and I actually had to pay shipping this time. Also no love letter requesting my nude pics from Shana or Christy. I might go all Robin Williams tonight.....
