I won a pack of 40 "Bidders Choice Connecticut Churchill" Cigars in a FreeFall Auction on 10/27. The rest of my order shipped out that week, however, these were rumored to be out of stock (despite me winning the bid) and didn't ship. I was NOT charged for them at the time of billing, however, they are listed on my invoice.
I have attempted to get in contact with CigarBid several times through sending them a message in my account and on the phone, however, they don't seem to answer the phone (I have sat on hold for an hour during open times) and my message has gone unanswered.
They now have an auction open for the exact item AGAIN but still no word on shipment.
Anyone have any info on this company? I know they are apart of Cigar International which I have nothing bad to say, but the customer service is lacking on the CigarBid end.
Hope someone can help me out, or maybe an employee is monitoring this forum and sees this.
