I have some extra original blend REO robustos to trade. I can put together a 5 pack, maybe more. They've been aging since 2005 or '06, right after the cigar first came out.

I will accept an equal number of:
Padron 1926 Maduro #35 (from before 2010)
Monty #2
Or if you are a cheap bastid, some Ashton VSG Illusion

Or, if you are a REALLY cheap bastid, I've been wanting to try the Cusano Nicaragua, but I don't want to buy a whole box to try it. Same for those Felipe II Fat Boys I've seen on cbid. What is that? Has anybody tried those? They're not expensive, but I still don't want to buy a whole bundle just to try a few.

Those are some ideas, but I'm actually not picky. I like most stuff (except cigars that taste like ass crack. I don't like those.)

I’m gonna leave this one alone but you know someone is gonna come up with some smart aleck retort. Whistle

REOs (a $1.00 cigar) for equal number of Padron Annys, Monty of VSG.

Are you smoking crack?

Yes, but that has nothing to do with it.

Sarcasm may not be your strongest suit.

Rumor has it that it's more like 14 or 15.
Well, at least, that's what I've heard.

Donate em to op 5th. No one here is going to trade for dog rockets. Though Tony may be by with some Gurkha orange Sherpas in a bit. But he will expect a fair trade so 4 of yours for 1 of his. To be honest, rolled tar paper would be a fair trade.

But this is the culmination of a 15 year plan!! I wanted to trade these cigars for something more expensive, sell those and use the extra money to buy some high-tech sound equipment, start a band, get a song featured in an Apple commercial, then retire on the royalties somewhere that is less expensive to live. I'm looking at Argentina and the Atlantic coast of Spain.

Seriously, no one has any of those Fat Boys? They sell for, like, $25 a bundle, but I don't want a bundle. I just want a couple. I don't know why I want them. They don't seem promising. But I do. I think it's the band. I think they got me with the band.

If'n you're looking for an awesome band, this is the one you want.

https://www.cigarsintern...ro-1997-cigars/1411633/

"Introducing, the first maduro within the highly regarded Macanudo Vintage series. This limited production handmade employs the very best Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper leaves from a small crop cultivated in 1997. Hand-selected and extra-fermented to perfection, this dark and oily leaf conceals a carefully blended recipe of Nicaraguan, Brazilian, and Dominican long-fillers. The result is a deep, rich flavor that's truly Macanudo. Smooth and consistent, each Macanudo Vintage Maduro 1997 produces a dark maduro flavor with ample flavor and a soothingly sweet aftertaste.

....and yes, that really is a metal band. In addition to doubling as a luxury cigar holder, this band also serves as a quality control device for your humidor's moisture output."

What a great invention!

I've got about 25 or so REO's in stock and the only orange Gurkha's I have are copper labels and too good to trade. If I had some of those orange label Sherpas they would certainly be expendable. Every once in a while I find some cigars that got lost in storage and most of them are there waiting for the awful to moderate over time.

Note that the old Gurkha Sherpas were lot 132 and it seems the recent ones are lot 312 - both are yard gars.

I don't do REOs... limited flavor notes, usually get shipped too dry... and the only thing that goes good with them is milk.

What I should have said:

Rocky has done it again! This manly maduro treat takes cigar smoking to a whole new level. If you want to know what a true premium cigar tastes like, level-up with some of these REOs today because they are sure to go faster than a sailor's virginity.

REO's flawless Costa Rican/Sumatra wrapper glistens with oil like the engine of a 74 Pinto. This wrapper is so gorgeous if you look at it for too long your eyeballs will have an orgasm. The delicate blend of aged Honduran and Nicaraguan long fillers are put together with the craft and delicacy one can expect in a truly world-class cigar. No compromise is the name of the game, and the game has been won by REO!

Each stick delivers long flavors of [pick 2 of 3: spice and/or earth and/or nuts] with overtones of [pick 2 of 4: coffee and/or espresso and/or cocoa and/or leather] with slight hints of [pick 1 of 2: dried fruit or marzipan] and a long beautiful finish that makes living worthwhile.

The reviews are in:

"I hope to one day be worthy of having smoked this cigar," stammered one reviewer.

"My wife left me because I was spending too much time with REO, and I'm fine with that," declared another.

Raved another reviewer:
"It produces a lot of smoke and ash when burned."

Didn't see this until now. I missed them on the first go around. Looks like I'll have to hurry up and miss them on this second edition too.

Those weren't bad cigars. Not anywhere worth 18.00 a cigar for sure. You're paying for the humidor.

I know this doesn't deserve to be topped, but I wanted to achieve my goal of 50 posts.

It hasn't always been easy working toward this milestone, and there have been many ups and downs. But I have found the struggle to be worthwhile. I would like to thank my wife and all the kind people on the forum for their unending patience and support. I am available for autographs; just PM me.

This truly means a lot to me. Thank you.
