First, the web page uses outdated encryption and there is a browser warning.
Then, you have to set up a username and password, to process a RMA. Xikar then promptly emails you in plain text, your username and password, no obfuscation, no attempt at even protecting your credentials.
Yikes.
Anyway, what's the real world turn around time for stuff from them?
All of my Xikar products have been purchased from here so anytime I have an issue, I PM CelticBomber and he makes it right. In fact, the last time I had an issue with a lighter (Turrim), CB told me to keep the old one. IIRC, new one came within a week. Thanks StePHan!
