Order damaged during shipping...Cbid customer service non-existant

Won a few auctions order shipped...UPS tracking says package damaged notified sender (Cbid) no other updates on UPS website. Was supposed to be delivered 1/30/21...Tried a half dozen times via the email form and was on hold for 45 min on the phone w/o anyone picking up on ...Not sure how long to wait as NO communication whatsoever from Cbid before disputing te charge on my credit card...Brick wall Brick wall Brick wall

Any of you have similar experience??? how did you resolve?

And you'll get none either Emailing is like horse

Best thing to do is dispute the charge with your CC company.

Try contacting UPS and if that doesn't work, try the help line toll free at 888-388-2683. They answer that phone and are happy to help.

Like CP said, contact your credit card company and dispute the charge.

Cav, you seem like a good egg so I’ll let you in on a little secret is long time forum members know about. The owner of CBid is named Dave, and he really likes to take care of us long time forum members here when we occasionally run into issues like this. Call (214) 914-3337 9-5 central time and ask for Dave, tell him you’re friends with jaderose on the CBid forum and he will get you taken care of!
