My top two aren't listed, either. I agree with DED; Cuban is easily first. Second is a fermented Ecuadoran Habano. You certainly have mixed up the discussion by listing colors, strains, and processing.
Not to say it isn't a worthwhile question, because wrappers are, of course, important. You can get a little bit of an introduction by browsing the Tobacconist University web site. You won't get real in depth unless you pay, but there's some good basics there. Even with 'factual' knowledge, you're going to be challenged for a long time because there's little to no standards in the industry...not for nomenclature, size, colors.....nor is there much transparency by makers.
