Of hanging my head in the toilet.Was feeling slightly better so wifey made me some soup for dinner...........kept it and a couple crackers down almost a half hour,PROGRESS!!!

Thank God for 7up ,been the only thing I can keep down,

Better today........at least the yakking is behind me,still somewhat queezy but I did keep down a grilled cheese sammich at lunch.I'll get back to work tomorrow regardless, I know the boys been coking and joking in my absence
