Placed order days ago it says processing. No one answering email or customer service line . What's going on with cigarbid

How many days ago? Check your shipping frequency. I'm not saying you don't have an issue given recent thread evidence, but good to check the basics

My order has been in processing since July 11 th. I have daily shipping nothing shows as Back offered. No will respond Tony emails and you can’t get through on 800 number. I was on hold for 47 minutes and gave up

Argh.... Everyone says they get through at the 48 minute mark. You JUST missed it...

I haven't called recently, but several months back, I called and spoke to Shana within 20 minutes... They are there, just be patient and your problem will get adressed once you speak to someone.

Shipping is on daily . I order all the time . This is ridiculous. Very upset with cigarbid. No one answers on customer service and no one answers emails .
