The newest street combination of fentynal, heroin and xylazine/animal tranquilizer is literally causing black/red/raw necrosis holes into arms, legs, hands and feet in big city drug infested neighborhoods....

I could not believe my eyes !!!!

This is true zombie acting human decaying flesh from usage and injection sites...

It is just unbelievable...

I thought the objective of all drug dealers was to hook their customers then make them come back to buy more???

Not to kill them with fentynal or
Make their limbs rot with necrosis from xylazine???

Seems like a CCP CHIREE COMMIE PLOT TO RUIN A
