So you are not Mencken literate. OK. On the contrary, Mencken was an early 20th Century arch enemy of socialism. He was just describing the regimes' modus operandi of governance as he saw it in his day.

You can see it still today when many politicians of the regime open their mouths and speak to the little people. Yes like Bernie Sanders, Joe Biden, and many others who work under the assumption that you are an idiot who should believe every word they say and accept them as your leader.
