My highly educated guess is that several cells a years are just wiped out by the SSG & JSOC EVERY YEAR THAT NO ONE EVER KNOWS ABOUT, IT IS NEVER PUBLICIZED OR ADMITTED....THOSE PEOPLE JUST DISAPPEAR and cease to exist...it a very clandestine and dirty business totally funded by "DARK MONEY" each and every day....
Those SSG GHOSTS JUST UP AND MOVE ON TO THE NEXT ASSIGNMENT, WITH totally new identities, many have zero families at all, that's why they can move around so quickly...JUST HOP IN A VAN FULL OF OPERATIVES on to the next TARGETED person to GANGSTALK, HARASS OR MURDER.
