Un-American would be calling pumpkin spice the people's choice and forcing everyone to like it. I don't care if anyone else wants to eat that nasty stuff as you don't expect me to like it or try. horse

Pumpkin is a superfood, a nutritional powerhouse native to North America rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, low in calories and fat.
Real men eat pumpkin. How can anyone not like delicious pumpkin pie? Roasted pumpkin seeds? pumpkin soup? pumpkin beer for God's sake? It's unheard of! Frying pan

Southern Tier Brewing Company makes some great pumpkin brews, they even have a distillery that makes PUMKING Pumpkin Whisky.
I've only tried the original PUMKING Imperial Pumpkin Ale so farβ€” Good Stuff. My wife just bought the CARAMEL PUMPKIN IMPERIAL ALE
I want to get that WARLOCK PUMPKIN IMPERIAL STOUT.

Feed the pumpkins to livestock. I'll eat it after it's been naturally processed.

I also like roasted pumpkin seeds. I use to make them every year when the kids would carve pumpkins but it turned into chore to make them. Separate the seeds from the pulp, wash them, season them, and roast them. I stopped doing them a few years ago.

I still like roasted sunflower seeds with salt. Them are yummy. Recently one of the convenience stores in town I ran into Corn Nuts. Not many places around here sell them so when I saw them, I had to buy a few of bags (only had them in snack size bags). Sadly or gladly, my kids don't like them. Just means more for me.

Bucky, have you tried black pepper sunflower seeds?

What flavor corn nuts? I like chile lime.

Whistlebritches likes ZRX flavored.

The pumpkin feeds the livestock. I'll eat the meat of livestock. Along the way, their poop fertilizes the fields of corn, wheat, beans, fruit and stuff. It's the circle of life.

I'm a vegetarian. Most farm animals eat vegetable matter. I eat them after they process the vegetables and fertilize the veggies. I'm just a step away down the consumption list.

Unprocessed poop... That's prolly what tofu is made from.

I like pumpkin roll And homemade pumpkin pie. Keep the rest. I’ll prolly snag a pumpkin spice coffee because that’s what the gas stations are pushing. I’ll hate it. But I’ll grab one. Agree no pumpkin beer

So you are saying pumpkin roll and homemade pumpkin pie doesn't taste like MUD? Eh? Laugh

I've never had pumpkin spice coffee so I guess i should reserve my opinion, but it sounds DELICIOUS like pumpkin beer.

Sugar pumpkins are delicious. Clean and chunk them and cook alongside a roast. So good. I first had them years ago when I lived in Japan. My homestay mother would make pumpkin as a side dish a couple times a week while in season. Not really a fan of pumpkin coffee or beer unless it has a sweet cinnamon sugar rim but in soup, roasted, or pie, pumpkin is delicious.

My wife's PUMPKIN SOUP came out really good and didn't taste like MUD. She usually makes acorn squash (oops...my error, it's Butternut Squash) soup this time of year, this was similar but had a different flavor.
A pumpkin beer would sure go well with it. Beer

Butternut squash makes a fantastic pie. Nah ray my old people around here do something special with the pie and pumpkin roll. The store bought stuff I can’t do much with. Does indeed taste like mud.
