America sees right through this and THAT'S why he maintains the lead he does in the GOP race for the nomination. The more absurdities arise the more everyone can see just a bit more how orchestrated this fiasco is. Biden cannot hide in the basement this election cycle and he cannot be out in public so there's that. Who knows what you get...kid sniffing, creepy comments to minor girls Pedo Joe, or Whispering nonsense jibber jabber in-cohesiveness English word babble to screaming angry fist waving "Who's With Me?!?" political lie double speak or the falling because Gravity is a trickster for Joe just bein' Joe. No way 81 million people vote for this hot mess he's created in the world today.

Where I come from government assessors like to grossly overvalue property so they can expropriate more taxes.

Zillow? Really? There may be a handful of similar properties in the U.S., but Zillow isn't an expert at evaluating them. It evaluates common housing prices based on recent local sales. Hearsay at best.

If I attempt to shoot someone in the head and miss and that person doesn't report it to the police, does it mean I have not committed a crime?

The article quoted cited Zillow. I know a lot of realtors and brokers that use the site. Personally used it myself as well. I've never had a problem with it.

So, you stand with the assbag that believes Mar-a-lago is 18mil? Even when there's an empty 2 acre parcel thats over 200 mil close to it?

Zillow is waaaay off on my house...both description and current value.
Anyone else ever look?
Afew years ago they had me listed as a two story stucco...um, no.
