Iffin’ I can find the right bread, gonna try to make some muffulettas. In the recipe I’mma gonna use, it calls for Capicola / Capocollo as well as Mortadella but both are rather hard to find here. Already have the salami, cheeses and Italian olives. Gonna try a couple places on Friday and iffin’t they don’t have the meats, will just go will Prosciutto and deli ham.
Other than that, mebbe some poke, boiled peanuts (FGM!) and edamame for munching on. A little low on One Ton Chips (…for some reason a couple of my regular stores are out of them!…) so might hafta settle for tortilla chips.
