Quite a few of you smoke these.
Tenski pricing has be befuddled at bit.

Less than $5/ea when buying a fiver..
Over $6/ea when buying the big box of 50…
Think

This is current “normal” pricing, not the recent email 10- pack special, which is still more than the 5-pack price above.

So…….what’s the skinny? Current rendition from tenski decent?
I like Corojo cigars…

I like the 485 considerably better. I’d have to see what everyone else thinks of those

I’ve seen that trend as well.
Eh, just gonna grab a fiver………low risk with free ship, etc., especially if that is tenski’s normal price on these.
If I like em a lot, maybe I’ll grab a stack of fivers….

Tenski is sold out of 485 fivers, aaaand……....they want $1.50+ more per cigar at the fiver price compared to the 53.

So, maybe there is something to the fact that the 485 is “better”….
Or, could just be weird tenski pricing again…

Without the use of the time machine historic pricing is only so useful, but back in Sep '23 I bought 20 of the 485 for 69.99. So tenski has shown some range in their price

I’m assuming that was a tenski deal where you get a break after 4 fivers?

IIRC, COH has the 485 for $259/50 box.

Good to know……..for future reference…
Gotta figure out if I like em first.
If I like the 53, get more of those first, then may e try the 485.
If the 53 doesn’t make me want more, I doubt the 485 will impress me.

No it was a mazo deal. They were 4 5ers, but it was a single bundle purchase, not one of the buy 4 and price drops. Bought a 25 mazo of CH La Careme robs for $105 on the same order

Jury is still out on further purchase. Comin' on 6 mos, I'll have to see how they are doing and smoke a couple

Overseas cigar shop that sells things you can and can not purchase in the US.

And they don't collect tax, so even if they are a bit more than a domestic shpo, I'd save about 40% going through them by not paying excise+ sales tax

I’ve always bought equal amounts of each vitola at the same time and really have no preference. I do regret not buying more but am okay with what I have left.
