is on Turner Classic Movies tonight. "Freaks" was made back in the 30's. The director cast real side-show freaks in most of the roles, seriously worrying MGM. Disturbing movie. JR sez "check it out".

"One of us. One of us."

Freaks was filmed in 1932 or 33 and directed by Tod Browning, same guy who directed the Bela Lagosa version of Dracula! It is a sick movie to say the least and I cannot watch the thing without getting queasy! It was banned by many cities when released, talk about Political Correctness!!! That was 75 years ago.

Freaks stands out among some of the great horror/sci-fi movies of all time along with Frankenstein and Metropolis. And of course, I watched it again for the umpteenth time.

One of the most bizarre I've seen was "Tetsuo the Ironman"... It's a Japanese movie with english subs and was released on DVD 4 years ago. (Worked on the DVD)... just do a search for it online...

Videodrome gets my vote for the most bizarre movie. Brazil is a close second. I've seen Metropolis and like it. Then again I jam to it with modern music. Some groups like Ministry, Prodigy, and Rob Zombie liven the action up. Especially "More Human Than Human"!

Check out any of the "Troma" releases... CLASSICS (or something...

Redneck Zombies had to be the best of the worst (or is that the other way arround...)

Worst horror movie of all time, "Attack of the Killer Tomatoes" or "Plan 9 from Mars"!

I saw a movie where E-Chick was wearing a tight red leather outfit. I had my hands tied behind my back and was hanging upside down. She kept telling me to cluck like a chicken and every time I did not do it correctly she would hit me with a black leather whip. Then some midgets came in singing "joy to the world" and E-Chick started rubbing lard all over my body.

Now that was the weirdest movie.... oops that was no movie.
