Whenever I buy a box, sampler, etc.. I always take one and put it in the "vault". Problem is..I have almost a hundred different singles with considerable age on them and I have a hard time bringing myself to smoke them. I guess my ultimate goal was having a humidor filled with cigasr with at least a year of age on them. It seems I've created a monster that I can't control. Anyone else have such difficulties?

No. Now don't touch the onsees.
One day, when you have no money, no home, no car, you will have all these smokes you must not smoke!

Better you send 'em to me ... I'll keep giving them the same care and feeding you've been doing ... LOL

See, I'm guilty of the same thing ... perhaps on a subconscious level, I just don't want to run out of anything ... I've got one or two of between three and four dozen different cigars ... most, but not all, are very good smokes ... I tend to hang onto them until I've got more of the same thing to take their place, but even then, I sometimes keep saving them, just because they've got some pretty good age on 'em ...

Maybe I'm crazy, but if so ... you are too ... LOL

Man, this is like therapy. It is alway nice to know that there are others with the same kind of eccentricity that you have. Just last night I was looking over my stock wanting something special. All my single and doubles looked good, but I couldn't bring myself to light one up, not a special enough occasion (made it through Tuesday) I guess. I've said it before and I'll say it again, its a sickness!

Man, I thought I was the only one who had a "vault". My wife always tells me why I don't smoke any cigars from my "vault" humidor...hard to explain to her, but I guess she understands by now. Well, at least I know I don't need to see a Psychiatrist...nice to know I have company in this sickness.
Oh no...I have to get another vault soon.

I confess to having a "vault" of approx. 200 singles also.
Actually some are doubles (I like to buy pairs) so the count is closer to 300. The wife finds it hard to understand when I say I need another box of Padrons. "Why don't you smoke one of those?" I tell her they aren't "ripe" yet lol.

Ya know,I have a bunch of other cigars that I've been gifted or picked up in trades that I haven't even tried yet.Ya know why I don't smoke em? Cause I might LIKE em and then I'd have to have another BOX and then I'd have to buy another COOLER and then....well you get the idea.
