I'm the guy written about recently who was shorted a tin (14) of Acid's. To clarify the situation, the cust/serv/rep did agree to reship the missing items. I'm waiting for them to arrive now. My only puzzlement was why they insist on filing a claim with UPS when there was absolutely no evidence of box tampering! Pleasant puffs to all.

Let them handle their business as they see fit, and don't worry about it. As long as you get your missing item, that's all that really matters.

It probably just procedures they have to follow ...

Have you tried them, they are a very good gar ,yes they are different but they have a good taste and smoke good if u have not tried it you should ,,,

a very good cigar? ... well, that's a matter of taste ... it would not be truthful for me to say I'd smoked an acid, though ... I lit one, I took some puffs on it ... MrsS smoked it a while, I took some more puffs, she smoked it a while, I took a last puff or two and gave it back to her ... from first puff to last, my review of the cigar remained unchanged and can be written in a single word .... UGH!

Different tast isn't limited to cigars ... I don't like cucumbers and will not only remove them from a salad in a restaurant, I don't even eat the lettuce leaves they were touching ... to me, they have an absolutely vile taste ... other people like them just fine, some folks even love 'em ... and that's ok, there's nothing wrong with those who like cucumbers or Acids and there's nothing wrong with those of us who don't ...

I hate cucumbers, but love a good pickle.

I am known to occasionally (about once a year) partake in an Acid Blondie :)

I still personally think most of the lines are crap and I feel (again, this is just my personal opinion) that people who ONLY smoke Lars or Acids are not legitimate cigar smokers and should never call themselves "cigar" smokers, aficionados, etc.....I want to taste tobacco...spiciness, cocoa, peppery, etc.. not a urinal puck with hints of crushed rose petals!

LOL You guys make me laugh so hard. Cigars are different for different tastes. Can you imagine how dull it would be if everyone smoked the same cigar, drove the same vehicle, ate the same food fixed the same way. They folks that think that a person is not a cigar smoker because that person doesn't smoke the cigars that he likes probably has some low self esteem problems and needs to quit smoking and go to a shrink. That way they can learn that life is different and fun because it is different. They would alo find that if everyone did it my way then everyone would be right. LOL

LOL,not to ruin your day Steve but you do realize they probably tossed that salad and said cucumber probably touched every single leaf....LOL

BTW on cucumbers,I myself can take em or leave em,given a choice I'd leave em.Ugh! sides they give me
gas.

Those are not cigars...Those are poppouri (I KNOW I spelled that one wrong..LOL) rolled inside a tobacco leaf...No, I don't have low self esteem...There are plenty of different cigars out there with different strengths, different tobacco from different countries, different wrappers, etc...Putting these things in the same category as the traditional cigar is an insult IMHO....You can't even put these things in the same humidor...I know it's also all tobacco but they also contain additives that are not found in cigars...Ugh...Do I need to stress again that this is just my opinion and you may agree or disagree with it.

(Starting trouble now...on a roll....)

I do not expend any effort to get cucumbers but the ones in the salad at the Outback Steakhouse are very thick, juicy, and delicious. But they do give me gas.

Those of you that have tried Acids and do not like them, just send em to me.

Actually they did you a favor by not shipping the acids with real cigars. This way they weren't contaminated.
You ought to call and thanks Customer Service for saving your Real cigars.
