New to this so bare with me. I'm trying to find "mild" cigars to buy. I realize everyone's idea of mild might be different, but with a little input and a little time I'll be able to find the cigar foe me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try and get your hands on a Fuente Hemingway -- Classic ($7.50 to $12.00, depending upon where your shopping). I think you'll quickly be addicted. A Very Very nice smooth mild long lasting smoke. Yum, Yum, I'm headin out the door to get me some.

I'd hardly classify any Hemingway as a 'mild' cigar ...

I don't think AF Hemi's are mild either. They might be to an experienced smoker who can appreciate the nuances of the smoke. X

Bacarat, Don Diego, Helix, Macanudo. To me these are all mild cigars.

All good suggestions. A couple more in the mild category that you can find at a good price are Santa Rosa and Don Juan. If you don't mind spending a bit more and testing out the medium strength strata, treat yourself to an Avo. Yum!

Hemingways as mild smokes, ...Wow, what do you consider medium and full bodied smokes. I love Hemi's and the Don Carlos AF lines, but I think they are a bit more than mild smokes.
As far as good mild smokes, Mac's, Griffen's, Hombre de Oro's, Astrals, just to name a few.
I prefer the medium to full bodied smokes myself.

Just my humble opinion.

Try Cusano Hermanos Vintage with the connecticut wrapper. So sweet, you'll burn your fingers, cause you don't want to put it out. My niece used to date the owner's nephew and I used to get them for free, it was a bad day when they broke up, but, he still stops by the house from time to time, and will give me a box.

The Vintage is getting harder to find, will cost about $75 to $90 a box I think, but, well worth the search. I normally smoke stronger cigars, but, these are great. They also has some less expensive brands like the select, that are also mild and good too.

My answer is Macanudo is almost always the mildest smoke worth smoking.

I like Fuentes as well, the Hemingways I wouldn't consider mild. I gave one to a non regular smoker and he had tears coming out of his eyes, until he adjusted to the cigar.

How about a sun grown AF double chataue, or a Onyx Reserve. Just a little humor. I would suggest a IT Reserve found here on cigar bid it is a mild cigar still with good flavor. Keep in mind mild does not mean tastes like paper.

A lot of good info. Some questionable. To each his own.

I might add Pleiades, Flor De los Reyes, Duque Wavell, Don Kiki. This will give you lots of sizes.

Candela wrapped gars (suck) but are mild. Sorry to all who smoke "Candies". They make me puke and it's not worth it. Again, to each his own
