I finally smoked one of my ISOM Hoyo de Monterrey's double corona's last night after sitting two years in the humi. I know why did I wait so long, I have 5 humi's and and very patient. But it was great one of the top five on my list. Smooth, flavors grows from med-full, taste of chocolate and nuts, it burned laser straight, not firm at all, lots of smoke, Christ, I sound like one of those wingnuts from CA - unbelievable.
Smoked it to the nub which gave me bzzzzz for 1/2 hour or so. Anyone else.

I was recently gifted a Saint Luis Rey 'A' that had aged for 4 years in a friends humi, do the same thing to me ...

... it was a pretty incredible smoke, to say the least!

I have 2 in my humidor. Used to have five. I can't bring my self to burn any more 'cause then I'll only have 1 left! Absolutely a great cigar. I've said it before and I'll say it again, you have to spend a lot of money to beat a a Hoyo; ISOM or Nicaraugran. IMHO

Yeah the CA descriptions are a bit over descriptive.
