Interesting list ... I think that in some respects, Todd Van Poppel doesn't really belong on the list ... I mean, he HAS underachieved by any measure, given the anticipations surrounding him, but I always felt his problems had more to do with some extremely poor management on the part of the A's than with his lack of ability to achieve ...
Oh, and Ryan Leaf ... how the hell did he manage to be among the also rans ??? I think he should be among the two or three leaders in this poll
