I just received another box of Bolivars last night, they were also very inconsistent, so I did some checking on their recent ratings. And they seem to have gone downhill. CA, refers to the Vintage Selection A (Churchhills), "this roughly made cigar has an abundance of veins, and a lopsidded cap..." other publications agree, so I called the company. They said and I quote, "...New hires Phylis and her son Max1a have been wrecking havock on our quality control department..."
