Relatively simple to start...First, get a list of seven or eight people who are interested...Then, set general rules, such as Only handmade sticks, No duplicates (very hard to enforce when everyone purchased for CI..LOL), and when everyone agrees on the list and rules, set the order of the list..The first guy/gal can start it by putting five of his/her sticks in a ziplock in a box and send it to the second person on the list..That person takes three and adds five, and sends it to the third person and so on...I would suggest sending it Priority Mail Insured EVERYTIME, just in case it gets lost, damaged, etc..So far (knock on wood) it hasn't happened to us in the Elite 8 since we started ours about three or four months ago..BTW, since the first person started it by putting in five sticks and taking none, when the box gets back to him/her, thereby beginning a new round, he/she takes (Example) three and sends it off to the next person on the list without depositing anything..Then after that, every person that starts the round does the same...It sounds complicated but it isn't at all...Coach, if I got something screwed up (which I usually do), can you correct me here?...Taht is the general idea..getting to try different smokes and depositing either cigars that you enjoy and you feel that others would enjoy also, or depositing ones that just aren't to your liking because of taste, strength, or size...Let us know how it works out...Any other questions, please ask!...Keith
