mrkmitch ... giving you a list of MY favorites is a good idea .... IF you are putting that 100 ct humidor together for ME ... (which, btw, I would greatly appreciate) ...
BUT, if you're putting it together for YOU or for someone else, my favorites aren't necessarily applicable ... as an example of what I mean, let's pretend you're putting a salad together for dinner tonight ... if you ask me for an opinion on it's contents, I'm gonna advise you to leave out cucumbers ... I think they're nasty and vile ... but leaving them out might greatly disappoint you or one of the other guests since you really like them ...
Similarly, if you ask me, I'm gonna tell you to leave HdM 1066's out of that humidor ... I dislike them intensely ... but several other guys on here count those among their favorites ... if you've not tried them yourself, who you gonna believe?
Best you try as many different cigars as you can ... then put YOUR favorites into your humidor and leave the others out ...
I might suggest going to CI's Website (http://www.cigarsinternational.com) ... find a cigar on their list that you know you like ... go to that page ... scroll down ... at the bottom are several other cigars listed which they are suggesting you might like, based on your initial choice ... when you go to those pages, there are others at the bottom and so on and so forth ... I've made a number of experiements doing just that and have found a number of cigars I really like that way ... I also found some I didn't, but hey, asking everyone's opinion will be even more random, so what the hell, give it a shot ...
