Does Ohio State have a chance against Miami? Or will this be another national championship blowout?

If the Bucks defense keeps the Canes under 21 points I think they will have a chance. If Miami reaches 21 points it's definitely all over. They might score 50.

Icannot help but think that Ohio State has played a tougher schedule than Miami and should be ready for them! It is a hard call.

I think, and I did not go there, USC could beat any team in the country right now! Too bad we do not have a playoff system in place!

I'm a Miami hater. My two favorite teams are UCLA (they won their questionable bowl without a coach) and anyone who's playing USC.

Despite these statements, I believe the best team in the nation is one of these two, and the way USC has been playing I think they'd probably beat the Hurricane's (whose schedule appears to have been weaker).

So much for hypothesis. I believe Miami should be number 1 again.

Clark, though i do live in the Buckeye state,i don't believe that OSU will win. Yes the Bucks finished 13-0,yes they beat Wash St,held PennSt to minimal yds,but close calls against Purdue,Ill will wear them down. Now the "Star RB" is bitching that the univ wouldn't let him go home for a friends funeral. OSU does have an impressive Def and so-so Off. Ranked #2 maybe in the writers minds,not the best. I would rather see UGA,USC,and yes even Iowa #2. OSU is very 1 dimensional,run Maurice run. If that fails,Krenzler to which ever WR is hot. Miami has a complete pkg that yes is tarnished. They barely won against FSU(wide left),Rutgers(won in the 4th qtr),rattled Beemer's Boys in Plattsville. Running game I give edge to Miami,MaGehee is a power back,Rec's know where to sit and when to burn,Off line big,strong and will wear down OSU. Lastly experience in knowing what the game is about and (IMO) Osu will be "too psyched" up that will lead to miscues. Miami wins in a blowout 41-7.
