I've been trying a bunch of new cigars the last few weeks thanks to a bunch of fivers from CBid. Been interestig. Smoked a 5 Vegas this morning--tasteless.
Now smoking an AVO XO that was part of a CI sampler. WOW, this is a real cigar. Has strength without harshness AND flavor. Not as good as most Habanos but damn good for CBid material.

I like the Avo's. I have had the Avo Signature and also have a box of the lim. edit. Avo #22. Always pleased with the cigars. Even burn, great taste, etc. Overall, Avo is a good quality smoke. I also have an Avo 75th anniversary sittin in my humi that I'm holding on to for a special occasion. They are not in production anymore.

I have 2 AVO maduros that a friend gave me in a trade. The problem is that if I smoke one and like it I'll only have one left.

AVO is about as good as they come. They are beautifully made and all of them are great tasting cigars! One of the best of the Premium lines!!! I like the AVO Maduro, Signature, XO, Domaine, wow, like em all, wish I could fill a humidor with them!

Charlie

PS There are some really great cigars available to us today!

You just don't wanna get hooked on them, right? Once you smoke one, you'll want another, then another, UNTILL..... You'll be sellin' BLOOD for the money to buy more...

As stated, very smooth cigars, excellent construction and burn were all consistant with the AVOs I've smoked.

A little pricey for my habit though.

Lowman, That 75th anniversary AVO is a great cigar. I got one from somebody a couple of years back and really enjoyed it. I heard one of the newer lines is the same blend but am unsure which one. If someone knows, let me know.
