I know it's only 17 bucks plus shipping, but I've already loaded up on "give aways". How are these smokes? They're a lot bigger than I usually go for, but at this price I'll cut them in half! Any feedback?

Hey Tailgater
You have to realize I'm new to this board(KISS of death) but I've Loaded up on my share of crap also.I have only tried the Consul 4 1/2X 52 and I would recommend them as a good smoke(not great). So 8X54 cut them any where you want too.
Singed:No help at all.I have no room or I'd bid.

Smoke magazine reviewed a smaller size and gave it a good review. Thats why I placed a bid on a box.

I picked up one while in Savannah back in the summer. I was told that they were comparable to the Padron regular line. I wouldn't go that far but for the money this is a good deal. If you have the space in your humidor I'd suggest buying a box or two at this price. I think I paid around $4 for the single stick that I bought.

the consuls are fine cigars if kept in good shape... the larger ones that ci has tend to be inconsistent in that they are plugged sometimes, definitely aged long enough and better than cinco vega in general
