One of my tradin' partners sent me a VSG and it was my New Years Day smoke a few minutes ago. Wonderful!

All the online sources seem to be out -- can anyone email me with a lead on buying a box at a reasonable price?

I wish CB or CI had them! Please email rather than posting here so as to not violate the rules.

iquester --- I hadn't smoked one in quite awhile, so your thread prompted to seach my humidor's for one to smoke today.

I found that I had two Ashton VSG Spellbound's hidden away ... so I fired one up!

Man, what a tasty smoke it turned out to be. I'd forgotten how tasty these suckers really are ... but I am partial to sun-grown's anyway.

... and these are some of the best around!

If you get a chance to try one of the harder to get sizes in the line, I would suggest the Enchantment. It's a gorgeous, uniquely shaped perfecto. It burns very well, and has a good draw. The complex smoke has notes of sweet wood, leather, nuts and black pepper, with a toasty finish, and is full bodied. Size: 4 3/8 x 60 ...

Also, the newest in the line is the Ashton VSG Tres Mystique Stick. It's their latest addition to the Ashton VSG line. Size: 4 3/8 x 44

For those who don't already know this, the VSG is blended exclusively for Ashton by Carlos Fuente Jr. using 4 to 5 year old aged Dominican tobacco taken from the finest and most fertile plants.

The distinct flavor of VSG comes from its wrapper grown on a private estate in Ecuador owned by the Oliva family where this proprietary wrapper leaf is grown for the Fuente Family exclusively for Ashton VSG.

Hey guys.....any chance you could please send me that source that's not too bloody expensive. I agree that the VSGs are one of the best 'gars out there. A little spicy, smooth, and a great taste. The last one I had I smoked down to the end. Unfortunately, they're damn expensive in the smoke shops here in So Cal.

Thanks ahead of time.

The Enchantment has just about ruined it for me for other cigars. That's a great cigar. Someone said the only thing that comes close are ISOM. Oh yeah? WHich ISOM? Anbody got any other ideas? Slim? Those little rockets are 'spensive!

I, too, would like a lead on VSGs, if you happen to be in the mood to hit that "send" button just one more time ...
