The Opus X Perfecxion #2 torp. is one of my special occassion favorites and I usually pay too much for them..ie: $35 in a strip bar.
I finally found a local 100% reliable and authentic source to acquire them and the price seems great...I think. What SHOULD I pay?

What do you guys think is reasonable and where are you from. I'm from the Boston area and I've heard they should be a little less in the northeast.

I'd have to say that number from the link is about right. I have an honest retailer I deal with who never charges above MSRP for Fuentes, Padrons, etc. Those numbers are accurate, although hard to find.

And the rest of the answer is - I'm in the Midwest. Doing most of my buying in Ohio and Michigan.

I'm in the Phoenix, AZ area and I'm paying $1 above the #5 price; $2 above the #2 price and $1.50 above the Robusto price. Not bad really for a twice/three times a year smoke. Those are the only OpusX sizes I target unless they are out; then I'll go for another size.

"What SHOULD I pay?" i would say it depends upon the kind of lap dance the you get.

If the lap dance was included in the price it was the deal of the century.

lap dance stores in wisconsin are very hard to find. considering how cold it gets, one might have to pour hot water over them to seperate the customer from the lap dancer. of course i am talking about lap dancing in it's finest form.

I don't think I've ever paid more than $17 for an Opus X but don't remember what sizes. If you've got $$$ to blow that much on a single cigar I'd recommend you try some of the Graycliffes that they auction here or at CI. I've only smoked a few of them but they were excellent smokes.

I've found a place that ALWAYS has them in stock about 40 min away from me. The shop has a walk in humi, but the owner keeps the Opus X in their own "Opus X" humi about 3 feet away from the cash register(for safe keeping, I guess).
I've paid $17 for a #2 and $19 for a double corona. I know it is a little high but I treat myself once in a while...
