Just a friendly reminder: Drive EXTRA careful tonight, it's Halloween and the little ghosts and goblins will be running around in the dark. I will be taking my two little princesses around the neighborhood for treats and would hope and apreciate if everyone drove Below the speed limit in residential neighborhoods. That's all. Be safe. Double dittos- speaking as an MD on call for trauma tonight, it'd be great if everyone wore night-visible clothing too. You won't be able to enjoy all these great cigars while if you are intubated!

dont' buy brown underwear, if you go to bed with itchy ass you wake up with smelly fingers. Look both ways before brushing your teeth and finally if putting stomach acid on taost, make sure the lamp shade isn't having an identity crisis.
