This is probably one of my favourites in recent smokes! Was about $9! Drew very well, Flavor was deliciouso!

Had it with (yet another!) glass of Presidential Port. I am thinking port is preety fine with a 'gar!

Any of youse guys tried one of these?

Had three of them, smoked one and it was plugged. So I benched the other two indefinitely, thinking about putting them on injured reserve.

Glad to hear they may produce on the field when reentered into the starting lineup.

The flavor was good to start, so the plug was the only problem. Cuban Bolivars are fantastic. I love the lonsdale.

Agree gents; the Boli fino and most Partagas are my favorites. Tawny port is especially good with cigars. I had some 21yr Dow tawny port when on a cruise once at really liked it until we got back to the states and I saw how much it costs!

John -- don't give up on 'em! My first from the box was tight to draw -- cut off the first 1/2 inch and voila -- was fine. The three after have been very fine! Change the humidor I stored em at to 65% and they have been good ever since

I find the Belicosa Fino to be average at best. I much prefer the Royal Corona.

Had a few of these in the past. Really liked them. Actually, this was my wedding day cigar during the reception. Didn't care if people minded the smoke... It was my wedding!!!

Ahhh... Bolivar...
Bought my first one in a little tobacco shop in Paris across the river from Notre Dame. Made my girlfriend and the other couple we were with wait for me to finish it before we went over to see the church.
Ranks up there as one of the best smokes I've had.

iquester.. I agree that the belicosos finos are a great smoke. Nice toasty taste. I have found that with the ISOM's that the smaller, 44 or less ring sizes, are rolled pretty tight. Even though I use my "draw poker" on them they still have a pretty tight draw. But unfortunately the ISOM's all taste s-o-o-o-o good that it is hard to leave them and pick up the regular cigars.

Also agree with keeping all ISOM's at 65% humidity. I have a "special" humidor for my ISOM's that I use the 65% "beads" in. They seem to arrive a bit wetter then regular cigars so they either need a fair amount of humi rest or need to be dry-boxed for a couple of days before smoking....69
