The SuperBowl pool has been completely filled as I mentioned in a post to the #2 signup thread

The teams have not yet been assigned their "across" and "down" positions and the scores have yet to be drawn for each row and collumn.

That will be accomplished late Friday afternoon ... a neutral party (e-Chick) has been asked to draw cards numbered one through ten at random two times ... once for each side ... and send me and two other players (for verification) a note reporting the results of her random draw and team positioning ... I will append that information to the spread-sheet which has now been filled out with all the names in their respective squares and will send a copy of her note and the spreadsheet to each participant ..

Thanks to all who've participated and my apologies to those whose response was too late to be included ...

I've sent the filled-in grid to each of the participants ... if you're in the game, but did not get the e-mail, let me know ASAP ... I set up a group address in my e-mail and am pretty sure I got everyone's addy in there, but wanted to double check ....

I hope the game turns out to be as good as it appears it will be ...

OK ... I THINK all the wrinkles have been ironed out and all the participants have their filled out grids

IF, for some crazy reason, I'm wrong about that and you're in the game, but don't have your grid, please let me know ... matching up everyones real names, screen names and e-mail addies is a bigger pain in the administrative posterior than I would've ever guessed ... LOL

and get those cigars in the mail if you would please ...

Your numbers are;

Oak 8, TB 7
Oak 8, TB 5
TB 7, Oak 1
TB 7, Oak 0
TB 5, Oak 0

so if, for example, Oakland were ahead at halftime by a score of 10-7, you'd be the first half winner ...

Steve -- you read your own grid wrong..

Tampa Bay 20 - Oakland 3 would be me!

my apologies to Iqueser and to Cigarsmoke as well as the rest of you for making that blunder ... I was looking at the grid backward ...

out to smoke a Ghurka Perfecto #1 to celebrate and recover!

THANKS Steve for a great pool!
