Looks fake to me...each of the circles are exact duplicates of eachother; the lighting on each is exactly the same. Looks like somebody used Photoshop on a normal picture of crops.

How legit is this site ;)

If you look closely at the picture...you will notice that the lines within the field run continuously through the larger circles. However, when the smallest of the circles intersect with one of the lines, nothing...there are no lines, and the circles are not darker in any way. I still think it's a fake :) Although I believe in other crop circles, I feel this one is clearly a manipulated image of a field of crops.

Have a look at the smaller circles on the outside edge at about the 5 and 9 oclock positions. There are definatly lines thru them.On the smallest circles, you most likely won't be able to see the plow lines as you have more overlap of stalks. There is one however at the 4 oclock position inside the larger band that shows the line. Also look at the consistancy of the light source running from upper left to lower right. This is a genuine man made crop circle. It's a beautiful thing.

If it is truely a man made one then there should be pictures of this crop circle from different angles. Are there any different angle shots on the website you noted?

Here's another angle,

Not necessasarily. Aerial photography can get expensive. Ground based pictures don't show much. Crop circle artist rarely take credit for their work ( keeps the mystery going), so your not likely to see a website of one groups work. The "409 circles" site is unique in the sheer size of it. The best circle makers are astounded by it themselves. Most circles are done by just a handful of circlemakers so this one must of had a busload.

these crop circles have been made in less then a half hour. the stalks for crop circls made by the hoaxers are broken. other crop circles have the stalks bent but not broken. there are a lot of other strange phenomenons associated with crop circles that are not explainable by some guys draging a piece of wood.

there is also a high level of magnetic activity that is related with crop circles. Also large amounts of vienna sausages found in or near the area.

Oh c'mon!

You want me to believe that extra-terrestials travel billions of miles through deep space to make contact with us and the only result is a bunch of geometric shapes in rural areas?

What is ET, some subway tagging grafitti artist? This crap doesn't hold ANY credibility. If it was genuine, then they'd have the pictures of the "UFO"(snicker) and the ET's running around.(LMAO)!

Would you land your shiny new flying saucer in a scratchyassed cornfield when a perfectly good football field is just a few miles away?

There are a lot better ways for aliens to communicate than draw pretty pictures in a distant cornfield.

Taking a few pictures from a plane isn't that expensive, especially in the land of crop dusters.

Take a photo. Make a design, superimpose it on the photo. Take some basic measurements. Plant a stake in the center of where you want the circle drawn...viola!
That's the way they make corn mazes. There was a cool one nearby which was an image of the statue of liberty.
I don't think aliens are the only ones capable of precision designs in a cornfield.

Remember to wear your foil hat so they can't laser your thoughts out of your head while you are herfing. I heard aliens are attracted to cigar smoke.

Exactly, it's quite obvious that this is a fake...look at the lighting for each circle...it is exactly identical. This would mean that each circle has its own personal light source which is positioned exactly the same for each of the other circles of the same size.

That is ridiculous to think its a fake. They all have the same light source, it's the sun! Besides, if you look close enough you can see the cans of vienna sausages strewn about in an alien manner.

Exactly...the light source is the sun...which casts shadows on objects different based on position. These are all the same.

OK Steve, you caught me.
I'm not from this Galaxy. I'm actually from the planet Herfex. We have been studying your planet for some time and your race have seen and photographed our ships on several occasions. (Ours are the cigar shaped ones.) Raydar is correct in that we are attracted to fine smokes. Note all the sightings over Cuba and the D.R.. Now that you have discovered me, you have left me no choice but to vaporize your punny little pebble of a planet. The only way to prevent this catastrophe is to send all of your premium smokes to me.
You have 24 hours to decide.

i.am.steve,
So if i understand you corectly, you contend that they are identical because they were copied from an original circle using something like Photoshop. If that were the case then, wouldnt each one have other features identical as well? should'nt the plow lines also be the same? If the author would go to the trouble to vary those, why wouldn't he also change the lighting?
Oh, and on the subject of that lighting. The reason it is the same is because it's the same light source. There may be a differance in angles from one to the next but it's imperceptabe due to the fact that that light originates 193 million miles away.

The plow lines can be easily added after the circles are in place...which is what the person would obviously do.

Okay! If it's real, someone took a real long time to smash a bunch of corn stalks in a very clever way.

If it's not, it's a real good use of Photoshop.

Either way, it was done by a human, a computer or a machine made by a human.

If you want to believe it was extraterrestrial, then have at it. I like to think there is intelligent life outside of earth. But I would only hope that if there are capable of making a spacecraft that can travel thousands, if not millions, times the speed of light to make a trip here, they would have something better to do than flatten cornstalks.

I actually lean towards the twist in the movie "Signs" that actually we look like one big stockyard to aliens. Mmmm...human, the other white meat.

Cool video Chris. This looks too precise and intricate for it to be some prank or fake, it would be way too much work to not get paid for. Just my opinion
