I started to read it and then that blur came over me. Is there a verdict in this suit yet? I believe this is the same one Hog was referencing a couple of weeks back.

Yes this is the same one.. and Ret. Col. Bud Day is taking his case all the way to the Supreme Court...

They were Duly Wronged and should get the Benifits that were promissed to them... I posted on this in two different Threads... on the VA and how there running business nowadays... "Kick in the shorts thread" and also Congress defunking the benifits to the Veterans...

I don't see what Rick was trying to point out in this though??? unless he is having second thoughts?? or a brain fart LoL

But thanks for posting this again Rick... it's nice to keep things alive... but the best way is letters and emails to your legislature to make a difference...
