Hey,
I am a newbie who is trying to build a large humidor out of an old refrigerated vending machine, sandwich carosel type. I have already covered the carosel with spanish ceder, all those old cigar boxes finally has a use :-) What is the best humidifier for this project??

Here's what I used in the Ploomidoor. It's another web site, but they don't sell cigars. I hope that's ok.

It's very accurate, but costs a few pennies... But if you have a good sized door, and want to keep it humidified, you can go this route. Or the sea foam with prop glycol and water works good too. Less sexy, but works and is cheap.

Take one of those disposable plastic bowls, put a half brick of floral wet foam, and distilled water..Put the lid on halfway, or put it on completely and punch some holes through the lid...I use this for my coolerdor and it works just fine!

I should just make my entire master bedroom a walk in humidor. About 20 floral bricks spread out should do it.
