I have Cigar Savor Tubes that I want to put up on the trade board but BEFORE I do, I need to get some information on them.

I searched for them on the net, but could not find the same thing that I have.

They are black tubes with the CS logo on them. They are packaged on a flat cardboard backing with plastic over the tube only. The picture shows and description says about the snuffer on the spring, etc. The only difference that I see is that the ones I have DO NOT have a screw on top. It just pulls apart. The separation is kind of on an angle and about 2/3 of the way towards the top.

Does anyone have info on these or know approx. value??

Thanks in advance...

Low

post it on the trade board and see what happens.

in the meantime set them on a rack, fill them with different amount of water, and by tapping them with a spoon, play, "you are my sunshine"

Does anyone have info. on these?? Still can't find anything similar on net.

I've taken Rick's advice, filled them with various amounts of water. I've played "You are my Sunshine", "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star" and "Mary had a Little Lamb" 'till I was Blue in the face !! Gotta stop!!

Would appreciate any info. that anyone has.

Low

I guess I'll post on trade board and see if anyone is interested from this description.

Lowman --- my Cigar Savor does the same thing if I just pull it apart. Hold the bottom of the cap (there should be ridges, a gold band, and then more ridges ... it should just unscrew at the gold band if you do that ...

They sell them at CI ...

If you need more info, there is all kinds of it on the web ... just go to 'Google.com' and type in 'cigar savor'.

I just reread your post ... and maybe they aren't the same. I didn't know Cigar Savor made them in plastic only ...

... you think they would melt!

Thanks for the input, Slim but that is not the same one. They pull apart, not screw. They do have ridges that run lenghtwise and the gold band and clip around the center. Maybe this is an older or cheaper version of the original. It is a Cigar Savor though. The packaging even says "Cigar Savor Enterprises, Consolidated Cigar Co, Ft. Lauderdale ,Fla." on back.

When I Google it, I still can't find it. Consolidated Cigar brings me to Altadis USA website.
I think there is an 800 #. I'll try to call.

If no luck, maybe I'll bring one to CB to look at when I go to the East PA herf on Sat. 3/1

Thanks for the help...

Low

PS.. I don't have a digital camera at this time to take a pic.
