Man, CI does sell some coffee. I'm not sure if this is an etiquette breach. Guess I'll know by tomorrow. I have been getting Starbucks delivered for a long time. I am always open to try something new. Each companies roasting method imparts a distinct taste. So far I like the Starbucks. Any recommendations? Remember I live near Memphis. Most people go to McDonalds for their good coffee. I have to get it by mail.

Trader Joes has great coffee at great prices.
My all time favorite (other than the home roasted from JJ) is the San Francisco Bay Coffee company. You can find them on the web, or they sell at BJ's wholesale club. 8 bucks for 2 pounds !!

No Rick, no Trader Joe's here. I am amongst the barbarians! I can't even find wheat berries! 'gater the SFB co. looks promising. I will try some from all the inputs I get. There is always room to supplement my usual intake. A fella needs plenty of hot Joe!

The Cafe Mayorga coffee is excellent, especially the counterfeit cuban and Sumatran blends. I didn't care for the 5 Vegas coffee.

I'm in a wine of the month club. The company also does coffe, cigars, and beer of the month. If you are interested I can dig out the information and you can get different coffee to try delivered to your house monthly.

The San Francisco Bay Coffee company (where they roast it) is about 30 miles from me ... it's in San Leandro, CA ...

... Anejo12 (anyone remember him) lives in the same town, and has a friend who gets it all the time for him, either free or wholesale.

He sent me 5 HUGE bags of beans (I believe 5 lbs. each) for no reason last year ... and I've still got one left.

It is great coffee ... I used to work down the street from the roasting factory many years ago, and just loved the smell of roasting coffee every morning on the way to work ... it permeated the whole (and neighboring) towns!

Go there now!!!

I'm telling you ... they have a special on their 'Rainforest Blend' and their 'Winter Blend Limited Release' ... and I've had them both.

EXCELLENT blends ... I have a couple bags of each of them in my freezer (I know I shouldn't), but when it's gone ... it's gone (at least until the holidays) ...

Thanks Plabonte. I already get a monthly delivery. Just looking to supplement a bit. I'm going to stick with companies that have coffee as the main focus. Those Hawaiian coffees are expensive! I've had them and they're good. But I don't know if they're THAT good! The Denver site looks good.

Slim, you ****! You live near SFBay Coffee?!
I'm 1.5 miles from a roasting house called Cape Cod Coffee. Went on a tour one saturday when I went in to buy beans.
Looked good, smelled great, and the coffee was the absolute freshest I've ever had. I used to buy according to which batch was just roasted.
But the flavor was still lacking when compared to the bagged San Fran Bay I found in BJ's.
I'm jealous.
