Some additional cigar-related covers. The Optimo, the 44 brand, and the one above it (featuring the slogan "Nothing Satisfies like a Good Cigar") are the oldest of this bunch--probably mid to late 1930s. Also we have a fairly early King Edward cover (2 for 5 cents, no less) which came to epitomize your typical drugstore brand.

Those are pretty cool!

I have a big antique tin can full of old match books. I haven't looked at them in years...I'm gonna go drag them out of the basement and take a look!

PGA--Sounds great! I'd love to see what you've got. Part of what makes matchcovers so interesting is the absolutely endless variety.
