I've seen these advertised in Smoke Mag but have never tried them. They are now being offered at $10 for a bundle of 25 here at cigbid. Smoke Mag gave the Churchills a 3.9 rating, anyone know how these measure up? I know this price is really insanely cheap, but is this a case of 'you get what you pay for' or a deal I shouldn't pass up? Anyone try these? How would you rate them? Thanks.

I have a few in my humidor. They are mild and fairly one dimensional. They are also very inconsistent in their contruction...having a tendency to burn uneven. I keep them around to give to friends who don't regularly smoke cigars. The good thing about them is that their not offensive or "really bad"....their just okay. I guess they're worth $10 for a bundle but I don't have the room to store them. I would rate them an 80.

Use them for those people whose palates are not as defined and progressed as yours....in other words, I call them throw down cigars which I give to those who have no idea in hell what they are smoking...it works! I also bidded on 1 bundle for that very reason.

Thanks to all who comented on these. I was afraid to bid on these because they would be nasty. I have a lot of friends that smoke 7-11 cigars and always want one of mine when they come over. I will get some of these for them. thanks alot guys.

Always take sticks like these with you when you go out. It is far less painful to give away one of your prized hand rolled $.40 Dominicans to someone (you barely know) at your local watering hole than give away a Perdomo or a SLR. You get the picture. Also, where else for less than a buck, can you watch someone's face light up because they just SCORED a CIGAR. You look like a hero and feel good because it is still a decent stick.

I guess everyone has different tastes and that's why there are so many different brands. I tried the Corona Gordas ( a 5 pack) and was sorely disappointed. I smoked 3 hoping that each would be better than the last, but they all sucked. The taste was bitter and really indescribable. I really didn't want to give them to friends because I didn't want to turn them off of cigars. I'm going to pass on the closeouts. Hope you have better luck than I.

this is a perfect "heisman" cigar. fends off the others while you keep the expensive goodies for yourself.
