according to the experts of the philly cheese steaks, it's the cheese to use. I've never tried that, but I saw a special on the food channel about it. Cheese wiz, go figure!

Rick, are you a gluten for punishment? You know that MANY of the folks that read these posts are conservative. You got a rise out of a few of us (me too). Why not revel in the fact that we can all laugh together even when we have political differences of opinion? P.S. Bush is a cancer like my wife (July), she turns around many phrases the same way he does. She says it's a cancer trait :-)

Cheeze Wiz is used at all the famous Steak places....but american is also a favorite and my choice.

I was shocked the first time I had a real "Steak wit" cheese and found out the cheese of choice was Cheeze Wiz! Sort of deflated the whole thing, but that is what they use on them!

Where is GWB's Philly Steak?
