Man I hate to post this message, but here it goes. While visiting my parents this past weekend I had my some electronic equipment and my El Presidente Humidor (fully stocked) stolen. Sure I have over 1,000 cigars left in stock, but this contained ALL of my PANs, PAMs, OPUS X, VSG, Gurkha Pre-Embargo Cuban, La Aurora Preferido Platinum Maduro, Hemmingway Maduro, BTL, Anejo, Cuban Stock Maduro, etc. Lost over 150 in all. It took me over 4 years to acquire these and they dissapeared in a flash. I know you guys surf many other sites where people post sticks for sale and trade. Oh man ... that is really a horrible thing to hears about. How were they stolen? Was your house broken into?

... seems to me, whoever did this, knew exactly what they were looking for.

Or 'unknown' visitors...you know, friends of friends?

Sadly, it's usually someone that already been in your home already...

Maybe we ought to think about installing a GPS system in our humidors...either that or one mean, badass dog!

mine weighs about 110 lbs... It would be difficult to steel. But I guess someone could empty it.

Sorry to hear that Hokie. I just got a Presidente Humidor to fit all those smokes you gave me. Mine doesn't compare to what you had so I wish you the best of luck in finding them. I feel so bad for you (Shedding a tear now).

I really HATE thieves. I personally hate them. You don't understand, I really have a personal hatred of thieves.

Hokiebama, It must have been a busy week for cigar thieves; I had a garage sale in building next to my parents house this Sat. I work out of the building occasionally, so I have a coolerdor in the office area with about 200 cigars for when I am there. When I went to lock up after the sale I realized that someone had taken the cooler and of course the stogies. It was full of mostly cheapie premiums so it wasn't as big a deal as some of the cigars you lost. Anyway, after figuring in the stolen cigars, my sale didn't do so well. good-luck finding the thief. MB

If you have a picture of your humidor you could post it and everyone could keep an eye open for it. I hate

We know by photos that were left at the scene of the crime that it was the womanizing,beer-swillin',ISOM chain-smoking Adroomi and his trusty sidekick Sgt. Crossbones! If you see or hear from these two, please don't try to apprehend them by yourself! You'll need a bevvy of beauties(preferably Oriental), a good strong lighter and a kevlar vest!!!
