I am looking for a humidor. Doesen't have to be fancy, just needs to do the job. Size is not that important... 100+ would be nice. I have 2- 50+ ones but they are full and I got 90+ cigars that will be here in about a week. I have a friend who can store them for me... but I would rather have them with me. If you got any ideas, let me know. Does anyone have an opinion about the ones sold here... are they quality? ThanksĀ

Hey Puff,
The Humidors sold here are quality. But you might think about constructing a coolordor. Do a search on "coolerdor" On this site or google. You should get all the information on building a coolerdor. I lot cheaper than buying humidors. I have 2 125 quart coolerdors, and am currently converting an old refridgerator into one.

If you pay $100 you will have a $100 humidor. It will work okay for an undetermined time. I frequently bash the cheap stuff. Fact is: they work. And if you care for them well, they will probably last until you are dead.

It can be... just use cedar between so the flavors do not blend...

Also, keep cigars elevated to prevent getting wet from melting ice...
