My fav's in the mild to med catagory are the padrons in nat and the cupido criollo. although the cupidos are mostly mild they pack a fair amount of flavor and very enjoyable. the 5 vegas and an excellent mild med range smoke and are pretty inexpensive too.

Leon Jimenes fits the bill nicely in the mild to medium category. Montecristo Tabac's and Padron nats.

I would definately give 5 Vegas a try, great value, very mellow, but not flavorless.

My choices for mild smokes would be anything from the Phillipines; Alhambra, Double Happiness, Fighting ****

They usually fit well.

Rafael Gonzales ISOM Lonsdale or Corona Extra - Rich yet sweet flavor - great construction leading to easy draw -a beautiful cigar when looking for something on the lighter side but with taste !

The Don Kiki Ltd. Reserve 2000 is a very good choice. It's made by Kiki Berger, the maker of Cupido and 5 Vegas and has a pleasant, nutty flavor. I'm all about nuttiness.

That you are, JReddoch, that you are.

BTW, your turn toward natties is coincidental with mine. I seem to like 'em more and more.

What they all said. I'll add my voice (er, keyboard) to those recommending the Don Kiki Habano 2000--a great, medium-bodied smoke. Those V Vegas are great too! And the Cupido Crillo is heaven-sent.

Also try:

Santa Rosa maduro
Fittipaldi
La Hoja
Savinelli Nicaraugan
Occidental Reserve

I just flew in from a **** fight and boy is my "arms" tired... I'm shocked and awed like an Iraqi brigade that no one has mentioned CAO Oh OH!!! Black. I find that to be mild to medium, with flavor and complexity developing throughout. Definitely nubbable...

Th darn "" ky on my kyboard at work dosn't sm to b working!

Macanudo Maduro. Don't let the color scare you.
