getting my humidor to reach 70% humididty and keeping it at 70.

3. What is the humidity at now and how do you measure it?
4. How are you humidifing it? What have you tried? and what are the results?
5. Where do you keep the humidoor in your house?

I have had my humidor for about 8 weeks now. The humidity level will not go above 60%, no matter what I try. The temp inside the humidor stays around 72 degrees. I use a digital as well as the original hydrometer to measure the humidity. I keep it in my living room at room temp..

Nice one Robby! BDS, if it won't go above 60% you are underhumidified. Stop playing with the crappy humidifier disk and get a Paradigm or Diamond Crown humidifier.

Have you calibrated the hydrometer? Maybe it's off.
