Well it's a little late but one things for sure they sure can waiste allot of Valuable time Blowing Hot Air.... Here's the site for all the UN Sanctions that have been placed on Iraq since this whole mess started...it's amazing how much they Cannot Get Done... and then they tell Conny Rice that we are responsible for Providing Aid to the Iraqi Citizens... Well Duuuuuhhhhh... what Mess didn't the UN get the US involved in and then Bleed US for the Aid Afterwards???

The main problem is there are quite a few countries that are members of the UN but are not commited to the UN. Too bad. The UN has done some good work. But it could be so much better.
