Just received my first ever from a 5 pk. I won here at CB. Was a pleasant smoke that had a easy draw, maybe too easy. Alot of smoke but good flavor. A good cheap smoke that was well constructed and was pleasing to the eye. Will buy more, thanks Aberdeen for suggesting these some time back!

FDO Grand Cameroon are my favorite everyday smoke. The draw is a little loose. But I'm a greedy smoker, so I like that. Lots of smoke with little effort. If you like the CAO L'Anniversaire Cameroon, you should like these. Very similar.

Ditto to what Jack said. Very similar to the CAO L'Ann Cameroons.

personally I am happy that the Cameroon wrapper is becoming plentiful again, it is one of my very favorite wrappers, such a smooth cool smoke with these babies. Without these wrappers the Flor De Oliva would be a sub par smoke at best.

Be careful. Not all cameroons are created equal. I've found that cameroon seed grown outside of Africa will not be as tasty. Also, the cameroon seems very fragile compared to other wraps, so proper aging is more essential to enjoy the smoke. With that said, the FDO has a sweet African Cameroon that rivals the CAO Anniv, but the filler/binder is not nearly what the CAO line is. But I'm a cheap **** and paying 2 bucks a stick is better than paying 8 !

Yesterday I also had my first FDO Grand Cam. Churchill size. I have to agree, a great smoke. Though Churchills normally ain't my size, I enjoyed it. Good to know that (thanks to Slimboli) I still have a Robusto and a Belicoso sitting in my 'dor.
